Angels: practice walking down Aisles (Stephanie McLeod to organize) Angels will sit on right side of house with scheduled volunteer assistants to watch while waiting.
During Snow, dancers  will sit on right side of house to watch while waiting for their Act II call.

2:00 – 5:00 Complete Act II Blocking and Placement: Entrance (gumdrops, lemons, peppermint sticks, jesters, etc) through finale and Curtain call(bows).

 

Sunday, November 29

Stage Rehearsal – Closed – no observation

3:00 – 4:30 SCHOOL SHOW:  Complete Run through - - Stage Crew Needed for Fog, etc.
Note: Shortened Party Scene – Snow Pas de deux music used for set change . The Country Ambassadors will walk down Aisles – snow angels will not walk down aisles. Act II runs the same – From Entrance (without gumdrops) through the finale. The show order for Act II is slightly different.

Reserved for set alterations and advanced dancers for class and rehearsal as needed.

Arrive an hour before show; full make-up/hair - Prevent Injury: WARM-UP before dancing – mandatory

 

December 4, Friday

School Shows 9:30 and 1:00 – Arrive at 8:30 – and proceed to dressing rooms. Lunch in the Annex provided by the RRCA

Set Strike and transport sets to CASS immediately after show.
Arrive an hour before as above; Company warm-up and stretch at 12:30: place tba
Helpful hands needed – students level III and above are expected to help transport props and costumes. We do need help with larger items . . . asking the Fathers of students to join in our set strike and set piece return to Cass.  As always – we appreciate your volunteer spirit.  Thank You!
